At KLOS Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Instrument
Carefully pack the item in its original protective packaging and include all original accessories to ensure a safe transit back to our facility.
Ship to KLOS
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
